Hang on, aren't you supposed to go to your admin panel and do it from there?

You mean manually increase a level in the admin panel or add a new adoptable ??

I currently add them using myphp admin which comes with 000webhost.com

Why are you not adding them via the script's Admin CP? I wonder if you're missing part of the query doing it manually.

you should be adding them in using the admin page from the script.. not your php admin

Where you installed the adoptables script, go to there and then add /adm to the URL, so if you installed at site.com/adopt/ go to site.com/adopt/adm :)
