Yeah. We can't stick to PHP forever. You should look into NodeJS btw. I heard it's pretty cool and help you get even better in Javascript.
No, she didn't. I actually sent her a PM offering my help. Now I'm in the middle of helping her.

I see, sounds really cool. Must be nice to be able to use multiple programming languages together. I did learn Javascript in summer, and now I've learned quite a bit of Java, but I aint good at using more than one programming languages together. Learning Java does help with OOP though.
Thats really good to know, I bet she sent you PMs asking for supports? I am guessing she cant figure out how to sort adoptables with Mys v1.3.x?

Yeah. For now, I'm just doing some more web programming with PHP. I might take on other programming jobs that utilize other programming language like Python one day (hopefully).
I'll see what I can do about answering questions in the forum. Mind you, I'm actually helping Silver with the sorting adoptables issue right now.

I see, its perfectly fine. I had an internship back in summer and now I am in graduate school, so it's not like I am quite free either. Good luck with your job though, hopefully it works out. I actually thought freelancer jobs are only for those who dont have full-time jobs lol. I understand how busy you are, although it would be nice if you can do some basic stuff here such as answering certain technical questions raised by members.
Well for this script, the development is indeed taking longer than I envisioned back in May. I realize that it is impossible to completely turn this script into object-oriented without a well-defined system overhaul, but this is not gonna take just a few weeks. For this reason I decide to carry out this transition step by step, otherwise you won't see Mys v1.3.2 and future releases for the rest of the year. XD
Throughout Mys v1.3.x's development cycle new classes and objects will be added gradually, hopefully in version v1.4.0 can we have a truly object-oriented script. Not sure if v1.4.0 will achieve a complete separation of business and presentation logic though.
And what is your job about? PHP or other programming languages? Just curious.

Hi there HoF. I've been pretty busy lately. (Your message here is actually not so surprising).
Sorry that I've been missing for quite a while. I hope you're doing just fine with the script. I don't know if I ever mentioned this before, but I have a full time job now. And aside from that, I also do some freelance work. Sometimes, both demand somethings done in a tight deadline.
Is there any update I should know about?

Hi there, how are you doing lately?
-
Oh btw Fadillzzz, if you can get on Skype someday it would be nicer. Otherwise using PM is not a bad idea.
-
It's okay dude, take your time and hopefully everything will be just fine. Lemme know when you are ready to get
Back at coding.
At this point, would you mind checking on the forum everyday and see if you can help with answering some newbies questions? There's no need to overdo yourself when you are still busy. Just post a line or two to describe a possible solution to what they ask. Dont worry about questions that requires extensive programming, just do what you can.

HoF, I'm sorry but I won't be able to work on the script for a while. There are some things I need to take care of. I'll get back to work on the script ASAP.
Happy birthday btw.

Hey, what do you think about the latest post I made in dev staff zone?
